What we ask in return
Structured feedback, and permission if you grant it
Structured feedback during and after the engagement — what worked, what didn't, and what you'd want done differently. That feedback is the point: it shapes how the service is built for everyone after you.
Separately, and only if you agree to it, permission to document the delivered work and the outcome it produced — named or anonymised, your choice. Declining is not a condition of the rate. Standard pricing has no strings attached either way.
How long the rate stays open
A Founding Client rate stays open on a service until that service has its first published result, then it closes.
